removing ‘registered before?…’ login link

Hi all,

I’m putting together a page in my wordpress site. I have the allow anyone to register box unchecked so nobody has registered and nor do I want user registration.
Only on this particular page on my iPad in Firefox, Chrome and Safari does this link show up, it doesn’t show up on my desktop computer in any of the browsers.
I have linked above to a screen capture that shows the link. It says ‘Registered before? Log in to use your saved details.’ I want to remove this link because it is an element that is distracting on the page. I can’t seem to view the source code on my iPad browsers or I would be able to see what this element is and remove it with CSS ‘do not display’.

Any thoughts?
