Removing Redirect url referal

Hello,
I am attempting a conditional redirect on a form and running into an issue redirecting to an anchored link on a page. (https://www.example.com/#example)
The plugin adds this to the url “?cf_id=2” making it (https://www.example.com/#example?cf_id=2) and therefore not linking correctly. Please advise how to deal with this issue. Thanks so much.
