1)How i can show Recent posts in only on posts page?

Do you mean your widget with recent posts in the sidebar?

2)How can i add featured image in popular posts widget

The widget you’re using there isn’t related to the theme. It seems you’ve added that widget via a plugin. You could contact the plugin developers and ask if there is an option to display featured images.

In the premium version of MH Magazine most of the custom widgets have an option to display popular posts with featured image (based on the number of comments).

You could either create a static front page and build your front page with widgets by following the instructions in the theme documentation.

Or you could make use of a plugin to control widget visibility, for example Jetpack.
