Removing quiz modal

Hi,

Didn’t find any clue about that problem ??

How can i disable the tutor-modal-overlay when leaving a quizz (the prompt asking if i am sure).
I don’t need to save the data if leaving the quiz in the middle and that prompt create some conflicts with other forms.
