Removing promo box from content pages

To do that, you’ll need to add this a few lines of CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

The only thing that I am hesitating is that the code seems quite complicated (compared to themes based on a single style.css file) and I wonder if it makes the site slow.
