removing products from ‘recent products’ list

@buckerooni Are you looking to remove the section entirely, or just exclude certain products from the section?

The code that adds that section is here:

To remove the section entirely, you can override the storefront_recent_products() function in your child theme and just leave the function empty.

It is not possible to exclude certain products, but it is possible to define certain products with the storefront_recent_products_shortcode_args filter, which can be seen on line 620 of the file linked above. This uses the same attributes as the [products] shortcode. All of the attributes that can be used in the [products] shortcode can be found here:
