Removing post title of a page

Hey all,

My site is https://www.freshbornmarket.com/

Right now, when I make a new page, the page title defines what shows up on the navigation bar, and then shows up in the actual page itself. For example, my contact page https://www.freshbornmarket.com/contact/ shows “contact” at the top of the page, because that’s what it is named.

I would like to be able to change that, while keeping the page name the same on the navigation bar… any ideas?

Also, I’m noticing that the html names for my additional pages show up as “about |” and “contact |” at the top of my browser. Any idea why that would be?
