Removing post date from internal links

I have a large number 500+ of internal links which include the date of the original post. For example https://attitudellc.org/2004/06/09/name_of_the_story. When I remove the date from the url, it works fine. I am looking for a mysql query which can replace all of occurrences of YYYY/MM/DD with a single /. I know regex can do it but I do not know how to construct the query.
