Removing plugin

I had recently installed the plugin, however noticed that it increases my load time a lot because of the request /?sccss=1&ver=4.9.8. Even after deleting the plugin and the database table for the plugin settings, when i do a pingdom test there is still this request. How do i stop this? thank you.
