Removing permalink clock and 'uncategorized' from mainpage post

  • Hello,
    Am using WP 3.8.3, Twenty Thirteen Theme.

    I would like to remove the permalink clock and the ‘uncategorized’ icons from the post on my homepage. How do I do that?
