Removing /page/… ?

How can I stop URLS such as these:
https://www.thenerdystudent.com/page/31/
https://www.thenerdystudent.com/page/4/From being indexed?
Will I lose views/rankings by deindexing these, is it a good idea?

We recommend allowing pagination URLs be indexed as Google as stated that a long-term noindexing a URL will lead them to not follow the links on the page.
