Removing Optin Plug-in

    Hi,

    Once the plugin is deactivated it stops outputting the shortcode. But if the client ( or someone that worked for him ) added the shortcode directly in the code or in some theme option ( for outputting custom content ) those are not removed.

    That applies for all plugins.

    But I do not see it being outputted at the moment, I’m assuming you found where it comes from and removed it, correct?

    Sadly not. It still appeared earlier today. I’ll just keep searching! Thank you for trying to help though.

    Hi,

    I see it now. It’s coming from WordPress Popup plugin. So check the settings for that plugin, has to be in there.
