Removing only time from blog post?

Apologies if this is a FAQ but I can’t find a solution.

It does not look like there is a configurable way to remove the time stamp only form a blog post? I wish to have only the date showing. Perhaps some themes add this config – I use Suffusion.

I found a post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/hide-time-not-date-in-posts-widget-in-child-theme-of-enfold/ which suggests to modify class-framework-widgets.php however, I searched my WordPress instance for class-framework-widgets.php but could not find it…

Any thoughts are much appreciated.

You may be able to do this with CSS, but for this you need to show us the blog post.

Thanks. I did not think it was relevant as I want to do it for all blog posts on my site.

I think it’s my bad though as the times are showing when at the design dashboard but when looking at my site there are no times!
