Removing Mandatory Phoine number field from Checkout

    Fairly new to using WordPress.
    Can anyone let me know how to change the Mandatory Phone Number field on the checkout page?
    It is ok to leave it there but we don’t want it to be mandatory.

    I looked on the Checkout page in ‘Pages’ but there doesn’t seem to be any code or text in there at all. So don’t know where to begin looking..

  • What checkout page? Sounds like you must be using an ecommerce plugin?

    it looks like the developer has created a few Checkout pages as frameworks, viewable via the ‘Pages’ link in the menu bar.
    How can I amend an e-commerce plugin?

    The WooCommerce plug-ins I could view are:

    This is the same problem as CLines ie. “how to change the Mandatory Phone Number field on the checkout page?
    It is ok to leave it there but we don’t want it to be mandatory.”
    Only difference is I am using wp e-commerce.

    Is there a plugin for this?
