Removing malware infected pages

My site was infected with malware. I removed all the code that was detected in a Sucuri Sitecheck scan and then scanned again. It came up clean after the second scan. However, Google Webmaster is detecting malware on pages that I can’t even find. Also the URL’s seem to be zip files. How can I find these pages to delete them?
