• I’m having troubles removing a link from a sidebar on one of the pages of my site. It’s on the Planning Commission page, right side, and says, “Meeting Schedule.” I figured out how to add the 2015 meeting schedule but would like to delete the other one. Also, we will need to edit the Subdivision Regulations link and I don’t know how to get to that either. I am an Admin on the site. In saying this, I am not a code writer or web designer! Go easy on me please. Here is the site: https://planning.co.medina.oh.us/planning-commission/

    Many thanks, Cheryl

  • Evening Cheryl,

It really depends on how it was added. Is it part of a widget? Is it part of a menu?

Those would be my first 2 guesses. (My third guess is that it’s a menu widget.)

Look under the Appearance menu for Menu and Widgets. Poke around in there. Either way, it should be any easy fix once you find it.

As above really, it is set in a widget menu, which means if you go into “appearance” and “menus” you should see a menu called “widget menu/sidebar menu/important info menu” or something like that.

You will need to edit that menu and remove the link you want.

    innuvo,
You are a genius! Thank you so much for your help. I found it and am now editing. I wasted so much time searching and searching on Google.
    Thanks again! Cheryl
