removing 'leave a reply' section in sela theme

Is there a way to easily remove the ‘leave a reply’ section in all the pages?
ie: https://cassandracarlopio.com/about/ or https://cassandracarlopio.com/contact/
I did uncheck the “Allow people to post comments on new articles” check box in settings > discussion, yet its still there.
