Removing JUST ONE Sidebar

I have a question in regards to removing JUST ONE sidebar from a post page. I currently have two. Everything I come across seems to discuss removing them completely.

And here is an example of a post:
https://yourlivingbody.com/2013/05/28/healthysnack/I like the far right sidebar and if I could keep that one there and eliminate the first one and make the text wider that would be awesome.
Is there an easy way to do this?
