Removing image upload ability?

Love WordPress. Using it for training younger students in school how to use blogs, etc. However, our image uploading has gotten a bit out of control.

If there is a way that I can comment out the code that has the image upload form that would be great. I have looked in post-new.php but can’t seem to find where this might be commented out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
