removing Home on home page

I actually found that when I edit the Home page I can just leave the page name blank. So I got that fixed I just need help with the footer yet. Why isn’t my footer centered?

If you are adding text into your footer using widgets, then you can just add <center> before the text and add </center> after the text. For example, if you wanted to have “Copyrights ABC” in center, you’d head over to Appearance -> Widgets and add text widget under footer section. After that, you should type <center> Copyrights ABC </center>. That should do the job.

I put my BBB logo in the footer and added what you said but that didn’t work. It is still on the side.HELP!!!

Actually that didn’t work cause now I noticed that some of the code is showing on the actual web site underneath the BBB icon! ?? Oh bother now my footer widget is gone so how do I get it back??? HELP!!!

Use footer widget

Add text widget ( blank ), your footer text widget before.

No I am Not angry…I hope it didnt sound like I was…my apologies…That is what I did it isn’t in the center but that is okay.

Hey there,

Here’s how you can remove those links.

Go to Themes -> Customization. Once in Customizer, go to Advanced. In advanced settings, you’ll see an option for “Custom Footer Credit”. Underneath it, there’s a text box. Just hit space 7-8 times in that text box and click save. Don’t type anything in it, just hit space. Click save & publish. The footer links should be gone now.
