Removing headers and footers in Tetris

    Is it possible to remove the headers and footers in the Tetris theme? I have tried the suggestions for other themes but haven’t been successful.

    I have one more question if you don’t mind. There are two white, rectangular boxes remaining on my page (I thought they were part of the footers). Any idea what those are, and how can I remove those?
