Removing "Have an account? Sign In" from top of submit job form

Hello,

Is there a way to have the text at the top of the submit job form “”Have an account? Sign In” removed completely? I unchecked “Account Creation” and “Account Required” in the Job Submission settings. We don’t want employers coming to the site to have to worry about an account, but feel that text “”Have an account? Sign In” would be confusing or misleading them to believe they need a Sign In Account. Here is the link for reference.
