Removing gray header bar

Hello guys, I’ve spent 3 day searching for a solution, I will appreciate your help.
I need to remove top grey bar from my website – https://granulas.coma.lv/
I can remove header in Chrome inspector, but I couldn’t find those lines of code anywhere.
