Removing forcefully required fields under display settings

  • Under display settings, is there a way to remove the greyed out the check boxes? Quantity, Price Each, Your Name, and Your Email Address are forcefully required fields. How can i remove them to make it simple?

  • @mcurtis7, These are the basic required fields for an offer to process. Do you want to remove Quantity and price each or Just the quantity? If you want to remove quantity from the form then there is a check in woocommerce product option called sold individually.

    If you will check that then that field will be gone.
    But as a normal functioning , we need those fields to make an offer.

    If you really want to remove it then you will need to customize in code.

    Are you able to provide the css code to do this or do I need to hire a developer ?

    Simple CSS wont make any change as in code they are set as required for a offer to process. There are other logic’s behind those.

    Typically the fields in question are required in order to follow through with the request. Sounds like maybe some of you are working with items that are sold as single items..?? If that’s the case, just make sure to enable the “Sold Individually” option at the product level in WooCommerce and you’ll probably get more of what you’re looking for regarding the Offer fields.
