Removing Footer with Enigma, Latest Post, Flickr Photos, Contact Info

Trying to remove/change the section that comes between the footer and call-out text.

It has four columns, labeled Enigma, Latest Post, Flickr Photos, Contact Info.

I think these are widgets, but I have no widgets in the widgets footer area under Appearance > Widgets
