• Thank you very much for removing a feature without explicit notice, and even breaking my site!

Removing the icons from the free version without announcing beforehand is an ill move. And with the update, the side menu stopped working (just displayed the contents on the bottom of the page) until I went in to the menu configuration, did absolutely nothing and saved. Now it at least shows up again.

The icons are still listed as a feature, though. In the plugin itself, they are listed as a pro feature.

It was fun while it lasted. But how can I ever trust a developer who REMOVES features without prior notice?

WordPress won’t let me edit my review so I am trying a comment.

UPDATE (2 stars for good looks):

The developer contacted me. The icons disappeared be cause during the plugin update the global icon size got reset to 0, effectively vanishing the icons. The icon feature has not been removed despite explicitly stating them as a pro feature in the settings. Why the menu stopped working until I saved the unchanged settings has not been explained. I will keep on using the menu, but only because I use it at a non essential page on my site. Updates that break many things and can only detected by luck is something to be aware of while using this.
