• Hello! We are trying to adjust and optmize our campaigns from facebook ads, but in my country (Brazil), we have a lot of fraud attempts. Sometimes the same client try to purchase something using multiple stolen credit cards, which leads to lots of failed conversions due to our anti-fraud systems… This results into wrong tracking on facebook ads, which can mislead our decisions on scaling certain campaigns.

    I’m wondering if it’s possible to remove “Failed order” thank you page, from triggering a “Purchase” event on Facebook Pixel!

    Hi,

    The only thing I can do is use the WooCommerce thank you page as the point where fire “Purchase” event. If the fraud purchase goes to the Thank you page, I think there isn’t so much to do.

    What are you using for the anti-fraud system? Maybe I can check if what you are using can push some additional info that we can check for the Purchase event.
