Removing/Editing “Product Added to Cart Banner”

Hello, I want to be able to edit or remove the banner that appears at the top of the page when a product if added to the cart. Currently it sits awkwardly at the top right of the screen but I would like it to display as a full width stretched element or not there at all if its easier. Is it possible to do this? If so, how?
