Removing Default Fields from Form

    Hello!

    I would like to remove the e-mail address field from the options in the form but I can’t find any options within the plugin itself. Does it need to be removed via code?

    Hi @hamiltechkyle , Thanks for using this plugin.

    Email Address is default and mandatory field. So you can not remove it from admin. If you need in any specific scenario then you can delete it from code.
