removing comment counter in pics

    Newb here. I tried the theme forum and docs and can’t figure out how to remove the comment counter from the lower right-hand corner of the pictures that correspond with my posts on the home page.

    I don’t want to remove commenting ability at all – just don’t want the numbers to appear in my home-page pics.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
