Removing checkbox

Is there a way (not just using css to hide it) to disable the checkbox so that Gravatar won’t be used at all? I would like to keep identicon, monster id etc. but just don’t use Gravatar.
Maybe this could be added as a setting for the plugin?

Thanks for the feature suggestion, I’ve added it to the GitHub repository (I don’t know when or if I’ll implement it, but there’s now a place to discuss the merits.)
