Removing “category” from mapped domains

  • Hi,

    I have a WP 3.0 multi user site with TwentyTen theme and I want to remove “category” from the url when clicking on a category.

    How can I remove “category” from:
    domain.com/category/categoryname so the new url become
    domain.com/categoryname

    domain.com is a mapped domain from main-domain.com
