Removing Banner from Specific Pages

    Hello,

    First of all, I’m really enjoying your theme. I only want the banner image to show up on my front page. How can I remove it from the others?

  • If you are using a text widget for this, the best method is to use the Advanced Text widget plugin because it lets you not only suppress the title from the front-end, it lets you select where to publish it. In this case, the “Front Page”.

    The other method would be to use a plugin like the Pro version of my Celestial is using on the demo site for it, which is the Dynamic Widgets plugin. A bit of a learning curve but you can manage every single widget and where you want them to show.

    The alternative would be the Widget logic plugin, but this one you need to enter in Conditionals, such as: is_front_page()
