Still trying to set up my site ready to launch.
Most things are now working and I’m figuring out much of the rest.
However, I can’t find where to change the colour at the very top and bottom of the pages. I have an orange line and can’t find anywhere where ‘orange’ is selected.

My site isn’t anywhere near finished, but you can see the problem here.

    thanks.

  • In the css file (see wordpress admin backend -> editor) there will be a stylesheet.css file, in this file there will be a hex color, not just the color “orange” because in HTML/CSS we work with HEX codes a lot ??

    My program says it’s #e09c09

Open the stylesheet (when using windows) press ctrl+ F a new small window will appear, fill in the hex code above to find where it is ??

    Good luck!

Thank you. Code was slightly different (just the exact shade) but thanks for telling me where to look!
Hex codes located, changed, site now looks right.

Just the 1001 other jobs to do now…

    ??

Haha good luck.. Yes my program is not always the best.. I am colorblind so i have to rely on it.. Glad you found it and topic is resolved ??

    Goodluck with your site
