You need to identify exactly which plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

When you say ‘banned’, by who? It seems your issue would be with whoever ‘banned’ the site. The RTA website has a list of partners that recognise the label:

If you’re unhappy with how they’ve interpreted your use of the label, then you’d need to talk to each of them. Same goes if you need them to recognise that you’ve removed it.
