Removing address fields for free virtual products

My clients would like the address field removed when downloading a free virtual product, and only capture name, email address and business sector.
The paid for e-doc and deliverable by post product would need all fields to remain which will be the address fields, name, e-mail and business sector .https://foreverorneverwedding.co.uk/cart/
Could you please help? I have asked in my theme support but they have directed me here.
