Removing actual comments posted enmasse

Using WP v3.3.1 with Hello Sexy theme. My problem is, I had turned off the ability to comment on my blog and pages but before doing so found that I was inundated with spams to the tune of some 2500 pages worth (50 per page).

Is there any way to simply delete all posted comments in one swoop rather then page by page by page?
