Removes image but not caption

    I’m making some changes to this site, one of which required setting the first image as the featured image. Now both images are showing up, so I was happy to find your plugin. It removed the image, but not the caption. Can this be resolved?

    I got around this by removing the caption from the featured image, but if there’s a workaround or plugin update to accommodate this, I’d love to know about it.
