Remover Ninja Firewall using FTP
-
Hello-I hope someone can assist me. I installed the Ninja Firewall yesterday and now have no access to the ADMIN back end and the site. I get a white page. I reached out to Ninja Firewall. They replied to find and edit the PHP.INI and .htaccess files, removing all entries: BEGIN NinjaFirewall and ends with END NinjaFirewall, then re-upload the files. Did that. No change. Still no access. The ADMIN ule and site url lead to a white page.
I want to delete all Ninja Firewall using FTP as that is the only access I have. Someone must know of a way so I can get my ADMIN access back and deactivate the plugin.
This has been going on for two days. The Ninja Help person simply referred me to their HELP page. I waited over 8 hours for information I had already found and followed.
Your urgent help is requested. Thanks!
