    Hello,

I just installed your Social Comments plugin; I like it because it was so easy to setup. Thank you.

However, I must be missing something very obvious:
    (1) How do I delete a Facebook comment someone has made on one of my posts?
    (2) Also, is there a page where I can view all of the comments made (instead of going to each post individually?

As an aside: So far, I have only set it up to use Facebook. Do you find that many people post comments with Google+ too, or is Facebook the most often used?

    Thank you,
    rg

    Hi,

We are glad that you found our plugin easy to setup ??

    (1) How do I delete a Facebook comment someone has made on one of my posts?

You need to install following add-on https://www.heateor.com/facebook-comments-moderation/

    (2) Also, is there a page where I can view all of the comments made (instead of going to each post individually?

After installing the add-on mentioned above, you can view all the comments made on your website, in moderation panel.

As an aside: So far, I have only set it up to use Facebook. Do you find that many people post comments with Google+ too, or is Facebook the most often used?

Facebook Commenting is more popular compared to Google+ Comments. Still, it doesn’t take much time to enable G+ Comments from plugin options.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Will this addon allow me to moderate Google+ comments too; if not, how do I delete/edit G+ comments?

No, that won’t allow you to moderate G+ Comments. Currently, there is no way (officially) to moderate G+ Comments other than the options available on clicking the arrow that appears after hovering a comment.

There is no way to moderate G+ comments in Heateor Social Comments or for all G+ Comments (ie, is that something your plugin does not have, or something that Google does not allow)? Thank you.

As we mentioned in previous reply, officially, which means this is something Google doesn’t allow. We will include this in our plugin as soon as Google allows this.
