Remove/delete Contact forum

I do not need or want my contact forum (contact box)on my contact page. How do I delete it off the page?

the contact form might be hardcoded into the page template if you don’t have a shortcode for the contact form.
many contact forms are simply controlled with shortcode.

once in a while a theme designer might make the contact form a “built-in” item into the theme. this is not as common but I have seen it before.

it is still fixable but would need to be removed from the theme template file. if you aren’t comfortable doing that, you could hire someone familiar with basic theme editing and creating a child theme to make the change to get rid of the contact form.
