• Hi there,

The plugin worked great, but I decided to deactivate it because I got better performance when I switched from SiteGround to Cloudways hosting and Cloudways offer its own caching plugin Breeze.

I got better performance when I deactivated all other caching plugins that I used when I was hosting with SiteGround including WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache.

But for some reason when I deactivated WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache it caused my WordPress dashboard plugins unstable and WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache reappear even though I have deleted see attached CF Cache still showing

How can I permanently remove WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache? I have ran a search on the server looking for any remnants of the plugin and so far I cannot find the plugin still exist, but yet it is still showing in my WP dashboard making my other plugins unstable to where I have to refresh my dashboard each time I activate any other plugin.

    Thanks,

    Naomi

You can simply uninstall the plugin from wordpress plugin setion. It will automatically remove everything. Go to WP Admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins. Deactivate the plugin. Then remove it all from your wp admin dashboard.

That being said with cloudways caching your HTML will never be cached at CDN and will be served by your server only. Morover no one in the industry has as many CDN edge locations as Cloudflare. So, I would recommend running a detailed test comparison.

    Hi there,

I will follow your suggestion, BTW I do have Clouflare and I pay a monthly fee currently and I have all my A records pointing to Cloudways IP and server.

I have sent a ticket to techs at Cloudways and they suggested that I reset and purge all cache.

WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache worked great when I was with SiteGround but seems to conflict with Cloudways Beeeze plugin.

I would like to speed up my mobile, can you give me the recommended settings with WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache plugin if I choose to activate again?

    Thanks,

    Naomi

    Hi there,

    An update:

I contacted Cloudways host techs and they recommended I reset the FILE / FOLDERS PERMISSIONS and once I did that it allowed me permission to delete all caching plugins.

Now my dashboard plugins is back to normal.

    Hi,
The Cloudways Beeeze plugin is just a server level disk caching. Again you cannot use two page caching plugin. SO, if you use Cloudways Beeeze plugin then you have to delete this plugin or vice versa.

Many cloudways users use this plugin over Cloudways Beeeze plugin as it provide better performance and even has option to clear cloudways varnish cache. Check the plugin settings under advanced tab > Varnish settings (Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/12JQkvn.png)

While Cloudways Beeeze plugin is simply a disk level page caching plugin this plugin provides both disk caching (by the fallback cache option under cache tab) along with caching your HTML pages at the CDN level. Not to mention endless third party plugin integration.

So, this plugin will provide way better speed compared to any other disk-level page caching plugin. But at the end of the day, the choice is yours.

P.S: It’s not just cloudways. people using Kinsta, WP Engine etc. is also using this plugin as what this plugin does (caching the HTML content at the CDN edge along with having a fallback disk level caching) no other plugin does.
