Removed widgetized sidebar

  • How can I remove the widgetized sidebar?

    I’m trying to hand code HTML in there and it won’t pick it up for some reason. I think it is because the widgetized sidebar.

    Is there a way to deactivate it?

  • Remove the widgets from you admin panel and it should default to the hard coded sidebar. Then code away.
