  • I also appear to having the same problem. I can still see the reviews on my website but my ‘stars’ are no longer showing up under my URL in Google Search results.

Enter your URL at https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/ and hit validate. If everything looks valid, then there is nothing more you can do except wait for Google to re-index the new google-recommended review format.

Unfortunately the validator isn’t finding anything, the error message is ‘No structured data present’.

I’ve looked through the plugin settings looking for any settings that might be incorrect but can’t find anything.

@andrew Laws – Submit a bug ticket. The link for our ticketing system is on the plugin settings “About” page. I’ll need to do some more checking, but it seems something weird is going on if reviews are output on the page, but Google claims no structured data is present – because the review HTML is structured data.

Thank you, I’ll log this and look forward to getting to the bottom of it.

    Thanks for your help.

Where can I submit a bug ticket?

Unfortunately it’s saying no structured data for me as well. This was not the case before the plugin.

Are you putting in the URL of the page containing your reviews? The review HTML is what outputs the structure data, so unless you are outputting reviews on your homepage, the homepage won’t have any structured review data on it.

Yes I am. I am putting in our homepage, which has reviews on it.

I haven’t gotten any response after submitting the bug request. Would I just be better off installing a past version of this plugin?

    Any help with this?

@scallop, we are addressing bug reports as time permits. I recommend rolling back to the past version if you need to address it sooner.

Same here! Tried it right after version 3.0 and checked the Google validator, but no results.
Now I set up a test-environment to recheck it, but it’s still not working.
However under ‘LocalBusiness’ the structured data seems fine with the data. But I thought you need a Hreview data available for the rich snippet. Is that right and do you provide it in the LocalBusiness part?

If not, the plugin is not providing any information at all. At my production site I’m running 2.x and that gives pretty good results in Google.

How would I be able to go back to the older version without losing the reviews I have now?
