I uninstalled the plugin, however the related products that were generated by the plugin as still visible.

While in the product edit page, With the plugin removed, I don’t see the related products, however, they still appear on the product page.

I try to manually add related products through WooCommerce product editor, however, my newly created related products do not appear on the product page, only those created by the plugin (plugin removed).

How can I remove all traces and changes that the plugin created?

    Hi @jlfguthrie,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It seems like the issue with the caching on your site. Could you please try after clearing the site cache? Try this out and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks for the reply.

At the time I totally deleted the caching (WP Rocket) and removed cache etc.
Also while developing the site I have done so a few times.

Are there any database tables I can check and remove – if any?
Also, a directory structure that I can manually remove – if any?

    Hi @jlfguthrie,

    Thanks for sharing the information.

It seems like the related products showing on the website currently is not from our plugin. There will be no chances to display the related products that are set by our plugin after the uninstallation unless a cache is active. It seems like the default related products. We use a few meta keys to display related products for a product. The meta keys are,
    _crp_related_ids
    _crp_related_product_cats
    _crp_related_product_tags
Hope this information is helpful for you to debug.
