Removed Plugin but the welcome message still plays

    I added your plugin, but couldn’t get it to work properly. I deactivated and deleted it, but it is still playing the welcome message when I go to the site. Can you please help me get rid of it?

    Hello,

    The welcome message playing on your website is generated by another plugin (ResponsiveVoice). You can see this in the console panel.

    Regarding GSpeech, if you’re using version 2.X, you can remove the greeting by setting “blank” in the “Greeting text” field under wp-admin → GSpeech → GSpeech 2.X.

    I also recommend activating the GSpeech Cloud console, which allows you to have a player in your articles.
