Hi @wpexpertca, thanks for starting a topic!

Are you referring to the issue with the setup process restarting? If so, we’ll have a fix out soon for that.

In terms of the Screen Options, that actually looks to be from another plugin. Do you have any other analytics plugins installed to check?

    Hi @reneesoffice,
You can see 2 Google Analytics checkbox. One was for Google Site and the other is for GADWP. I installed it after I removed GSK because of the setup failure…
So, GSK left the checkbox uninstall after the removal.

So definitely a problem with GSK uninstaller.

@wpexpertca thanks for following up. Just to confirm: you are on the Dashboard, viewing the Screen options? Site Kit does have a dashboard widget and Screen options toggle, but it has the logo.

The logo is gone since the plugin is not installed anymore… And yes, I am on the dashboard, widget and screen options.

Thanks for the update @wpexpertca. Yes the logo is part of the option, hence why it is gone after uninstalling the plugin. The option in your screenshot is not familiar (I cannot recreate it with Site Kit). I will confer with members of the team if they are familiar, but in meantime perhaps you can try clearing all caches again (plugin and server level if you have them).

@wpexpertca just want to send an update that we’ve made some improvements with the plugin if you’d like to try again. We’ve also fixed some issues with uninstalling the plugin in 1.1.1. While we cannot recreate your particular case with Site Kit, you can try the uninstall with this new version to see if it helps.

@wpexpertca Just following up with you on this issue. If you are looking to remove all traces of Site Kit you can install the latest version before deleting. That will remove all database tables, along with Site Kit files. Having said that we would love for you to test out the latest version and value your feedback, so let me know if you encounter any more issues and can can reopen or revisit this issue.

Thanks @jamesosborne ! I will check it out. I will keep you posted if I still see the problem.
