removed plugin but code displays on home static page

Around a year ago I installed a couple of plugins ‘authorsure’ and another I can’t recall. I removed them and everything seemed fine. A month back I changed my theme and all code below appeared on the front static page! I’m trying to work out what it’s from and how to remove it! I can hide it but I think that’s not the solutions. I would really appreciate it if anyone could kindly point me in the right direction

I can see some reference to authorsure but I don’t think it’s from that plugin.
