Removed Page Title Block and Lost The Cart PDF Button

Up until I removed the page title block from the page, the button has been working perfectly. I removed the page title block to redesign that area and for whatever reason, it took away the Cart PDF button as well, which was directly below the Proceed To Checkout button. Any ideas?
