We tested the same on our end and it is wirking correctly on our end, it is hiding the payment method based on the coupon used

In your case it might be some plugin counflicting and causing the issue

It works in the opposite way, that is, if the coupon is not equal to this code, the portal will be removed

Sorry we dont do anydesk, you will first need to find the cause of the issue as this is only hapening on your website so some other pluing or your theme must be causing the issue

to find the cause of the issue disable all plugin (leaving woocommerce and our plugin active) and switch to twentytwentytwo wordpress theme and then once it start to work go on activating pluing one by one till the problem start to come back this way you can find the plugin causing the conflict

Quick note: I saw the login details you posted, and so did probably also a bunch of search bots and spiders. (I consider myself harmless in this regard, but you shouldn’t take my word for it. ?? )
Change login details, if possible, roll back your WordPress to stage before you published the details, otherwise carefully check for any unwanted users, file integrity in themes/plugins and no weird stuff in wp-upload…
